UPDATE: The woman has been identified and questioned by authorities. She was ruled out as a suspect in the burglaries, according to the Edgar County Sheriff’s Department.

PARIS, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — A person of interest regarding burglaries in Edgar County, Ill. has been caught on surveillance video.
The Edgar County Sheriff’s Department released photos of the suspect on its
Facebook page
Friday seeking the identity of the woman in question.
The woman can be seen walking by the camera in one photo. In the other, she looked straight at the camera.
Thursday, the sheriff’s department issued a warning to residents regarding burglaries on the east side of the county from Hwy 150 N to Clinton Road and from the state line west to Vermilion Road.
