Smith faces two counts of strangulation, two counts of sexual battery, and two counts of battery causing bodily harm. The two former being Level 6 Felonies.
The altercations are both said to have taken place in Sullivan County. Both instances were with females under the age of 17.
Smith’s warrant was issued after the conclusion of an Indiana State Police investigation that launched on August 13.
Smith was released from the Sullivan County Sheriffs office today after posting bond.
