SAINT MARY-OF-THE-WOODS, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College Friday announced online-only education would be extended through the end of the semester amid coronavirus concerns.
Without the possibility of returning to the physical classroom, all students will be required to move out of Le Fer Residence Hall by noon on March 30. Students should submit the proper form to schedule a move out time.
Students who need to stay after this time period should request a waiver.
SMWC officials also announced all college travel is canceled through the remainder of the semester. This includes the study abroad trips to France, Greece and Ireland.
A final decision on holding Ring Day and commencement ceremonies has not yet been announced.
