TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A popular local Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym has recently relocated to Haute City Center.
Pedigo is now located inside Haute City Center across from GNC, next to Hollister. The gym will be offering a variety of programs like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kids classes, women’s self defense, competition classes, fitness kick boxing, and beginner classes. Rates vary from $60 to $98 a month, with no contracts necessary.
Instructor Chad Hawkins said it’s a great way to learn self defense and build relationships.
“Getting in shape, being able to push yourself in a sport that like really challenges you,” Hawkins said. “You could go 100%. You can have an incredible workout and at the end of the day. You can clap hands and you can walk off the mats and you build a really good relationship with people.”
