TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The historic “Terminal” building in downtown Terre Haute is getting some new life.
It’s located at 9th and Wabash.
The owners of Charlie’s Pub and Grub in Terre Haute are creating the Terminal Pub House. They say there will be an emphasis on the food and the bar side of the new eatery.
The pub house will be open to hungry mouths of all ages. Charlie’s Owner Cheyne O’Laughlin said they have been working with Greg Gibson to revitalize the building.
“Excited to see how downtown is evolving, and the opportunity to work with a historic building and work with Mr. Gibson, all the stars aligned for us and we took the opportunity,” O’Laughlin said.
While the menu of tasty offerings hasn’t been finalized just yet, the pub house expects to open by the end of 2022.
The owners invite local residents to keep their eyes on social media for updates as the restaurant nears opening day.
