TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The upcoming second Culver’s location in Terre Haute is taking shape.
Construction is underway on the restaurant on the city’s south side next to the fairgrounds.
Franchisee Matt Bilyeu said the project is on time. Local companies, CDI Construction, and Complete Ag Electric, which was formed in 2022, are working on the project and are proud to be involved.
“This has been a wonderful opportunity to get to work with Matt and CDI. Great project to get us up off the ground,” said Dallas Gustafson, Owner of Complete Ag Electric.
“I do want to stress an emphasis on, not only a local business owner but local labor. That’s a tremendous aspect to this project,” said Kyle Harruff Project Manager with CDI Construction.
Bilyeu also commented on the support from the local companies throughout the community.
“These are the people who are going to come back and support us. They’re the ones who are going to be eating in the restaurant and they can bring their kids and say ‘Hey, we helped build this,'” Bilyeu said.
Bilyeu noted that the new restaurant will be open sometime later this year.
