FARMEBRSBURG, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A candidate seeking the Republican nomination for Indiana State Representative in District 45 shared his goals.
Incumbent State Representative Bruce Borders is running in the Indiana Republican Primary and is facing Kellie Streeter and Jeff Ellington.
If Borders keeps his position with the state legislature, he said some of his goals include rebuilding Interstate-70, and addressing the state Medicaid budget shortfall along with maintaining a good economic environment in Indiana for employers and being proactive about education.
District 45 represents all of Greene and Sullivan counties along with portions of Daviess, Knox, and Vigo counties.
Indiana’s primary is on May 7.
