INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana State Fair announced several additional concerts for the Hoosier Lottery Free Stage.
Newly announced acts include Gospel Music Festival headliner Yolanda Adams, Christian band Newsboys, up-and-coming act Blessing Offor and alternative group Sublime with Rome.
The “Happy Together Tour” will make its return in 2024, featuring The Turtles, Jay & The Americans, The Association, Badfinger ft. Joey Molland, The Vogues and The Cowsills.
And while no one should expect Taylor Swift at this year’s fair, “Fearless: The Taylor Swift Tribute” will bring her chart-topping hits to the Fairgrounds.
Here’s a look at the current free stage schedule:
- Three Dog Night – Friday, August 2 (opening day)
- Gladys Knight – Sunday, August 4
- Dogstar (guitarist/vocalist Bret Domrose, drummer Robert Mailhouse and bassist
- Keanu Reeves) – Thursday, August 8
- Bell Biv DeVoe – Friday, August 9
- Fearless: The Taylor Swift Tribute – Saturday, August 10 (just announced)
- Newsboys (evening) and Blessing Offor (afternoon) – Sunday, August 11 (just announced)
- Happy Together Tour featuring The Turtles, Jay & The Americans, The Association, Badfinger ft. Joey Molland, The Vogues and The Cowsills – Wednesday, August 14 (just announced)
- Sublime with Rome – Thursday, August 15 (just announced)
- Gary Allan – Friday, August 16
- Gospel Music Festival featuring Yolanda Adams – Sunday, August 18 (just announced)
All shows on the free stage start at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted (Blessing Offor, for example, will perform at 2 p.m. on Aug. 11) and are free with paid admission. Seating is first-come, first-served.
Fairgoers have the chance to win a prize package from the Hoosier Lottery, the free stage sponsor, that includes six tickets, a parking pass, $300 in Fair Bucks and a $100 lottery prize pack. You can register here.
