TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Locals with a hankering for a Crossroads Cream Ale or Wango Tango beer will have to get their fill through retail outlets for the time being.
That’s because the Terre Haute Brewing Company has announced that their taproom has been closed, for now.
In a post to their social media, the company confirms the taprooms closure, stating that they are “taking a break from the taproom to focus on what we love the most – making great beer.” Officials didn’t lay out a timeline for a possible reopening of the taproom.
The company said their distribution side of their business has been growing. A check of their website still lists their beers as available on draft at a number of local bars around the area. The map also shows where retailers are selling canned THBC products. That map can be found online here.
The post added that the company will still be attending festivals around the area as well.
