TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WAWV/WTWO)–The Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce held its 111th annual meeting, Wednesday night. More than 500 people filled the Terre Haute Convention Center. The event honored businesses and individuals who’ve worked to help make Terre Haute an even better place to live.
Throughout the year, the Chamber works to help businesses by offering education and advice. It also advocates for businesses and the community on state and national levels.
Chances and Services Director Brandon Halleck, Thrive West Central and RJL Solutions all received awards.
The chamber of commerce also awarded 12 individuals under the age of 40 for their contributions to the Terre Haute community.
