VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Friday evening, deputies responded to the intersection of State Road 42 and Tabortown Road for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
According to a Facebook post from the Vigo County Sheriff’s Office, at around 4:33 p.m. deputies, along with the Lost Creek Fire Department, arrived on the scene of a two-vehicle crash.
Officials say one of the drivers was found to be in critical condition and unresponsive. Trans Care EMS then arrived on the scene and transported them to a local hospital. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation at this time.
