TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Hungry Howie’s is opening a new location in Terre Haute and they are having a weeks worth of incentives to get members of the community in the door.
Hungry Howie’s, famous for their creation of the flavored crust, is opening its newest location at 3230 Wabash Avenue. To celebrate the opening of the new location they will be having a week of special promotions starting on March 24.
“We are thrilled to bring Hungry Howie’s to Terre Haute,” said Jinesh Patel, Hungry Howie’s franchisee of Terre Haute Quick Pick Inc. “It’s an honor to be part of this community and to bring our fresh-made dough and Flavored Crust pizzas to the area. To celebrate, we’re kicking off a week-long grand opening event with special offers, and we look forward to sharing an unforgettable pizza experience with our neighbors.”
On Monday, the first 50 customers will receive a free pizza certificate for a future order. On Tuesday, Hungry Howie’s Facebook page will host a gift card giveaway where the winner can get a $150 gift card for their next party. Wednesday through Sunday will be 51% off any pizza’s regular menu price for online carryout orders. The establishment will also have an ongoing military discount of 20% off and pizza’s regular menu price on in-store carryout orders with a military ID.
Terre Haute’s franchisee Jinesh Patel is a U.S. Army veteran and former Infantry Corporal and co-owns the restaurant with his wife and brother-in-law as well as the Shell gas station on Wabash and Brown. According to the news release, they converted an attached unused car wash into the restaurant which will allow Patel to run both efficiently. Patel has experience overseeing two other Howie’s locations in Ann Arbor, Michigan as well.
Hungry Howie’s will offer all of their signature menu items as well as their secret menu creations which can be found by scanning the QR codes located in the restaurant. It will be open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to midnight and 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. To learn more you can visit their website.
