PARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — While executing a search warrant on a Parke County home, with three children inside, officers found multiple drugs and paraphernalia that led to the arrest of three people.
Inside the home, officers allegedly found methamphetamine, hypodermic syringes, controlled substances, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to the Rockville Police Department.
This led to the arrests of Damien Highwood, 37, of Rockville, Christopher Lee, 54, of Indianapolis and Jessica Moreland, 43, of Indianapolis.
Highwood is charged with maintaining a common nuisance, neglect of a dependent, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
Lee is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
Moreland is charged with possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of paraphernalia.
