CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The sport of pickleball is growing all across the country and even right here in the Wabash Valley too.
As you know, pickleball is very popular now, and is great for all ages. You can enjoy not only the new courts, but the local park has a variety of activities, such as sitting spaces, tennis courts, a playground, and more.
This new addition allows a little something for everybody. Community members hope the new pickleball courts will draw more people to visit or live in the town.
“People that are looking to move here can see it and be attracted by it and say this is a place where our family can have fun, we can really enjoy each other. So that’s what I like about it,” said community member, Brook Reinoehl.
