Driver arrested after multi-county police chase

An Indiana State Police trooper performed a PIT maneuver to stop a vehicle being driven erratically by 52-year-old Frederick McClellan, who was then taken into custody and charged with resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, and refusal to submit a breath test.
