Citywide Outreach Center hosting a new program

The Outreach Center in Terre Haute is hosting a citywide program on the 3rd Saturday of each month, providing free food, inflatables, and other activities at Herz Rose Park, as well as non-perishable items at Gilbert Park, and looking for volunteers to help with the effort.
