Colorado teen charged in Ind. with child exploitation

A 19-year-old Colorado man, Christopher Neal Turner, has been taken into custody for child solicitation and inappropriate communication with a minor charges, stemming from a multi-state investigation involving the Rockville Police Department and the Indiana Crimes Against Children Task Force.
