Clay Community Schools bus driver charged with child solicitation

James Baskin, 51, of Brazil, Indiana was arrested and charged with solicitation of a minor after a detective with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office contacted the Clay County Sheriff’s Office with information about a suspect who lived in the Brazil area and drove a school bus.
