DNR allows invasive carp to be harvested with new permit

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources has implemented an invasive carp harvest permit to reduce the amount of silver carp in the Wabash River, allowing individuals to use gill nets and seine nets to harvest silver carp while protecting native species.
