Senate passes new fentanyl bill

The Senate passed Tyler’s Law unanimously, which will direct the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to provide hospitals with guidance on implementing fentanyl testing into routine ER drug screens, in an effort to prevent fentanyl poisoning tragedies.
