Sumner officer fired for ‘sleeping,’ ‘snapchatting’ on the job and ‘loitering’

Officer Carlton Valiant was terminated from the Sumner Police Department after an investigation revealed multiple violations of departmental policy, including sleeping on duty, loitering, and using Snapchat while driving a department vehicle with emergency lights activated.
