Wisconsin man arrested with blood on his hands in Vigo County linked to homicide investigation

A deputy with the Vigo County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jacob Sanders, 34, of Wisconsin, after conducting a traffic stop and noticing suspicious behavior, which led to the discovery of a deceased individual in Wisconsin and Sanders being taken into custody on charges of theft, criminal conversion, and operating while never licensed.
