Prosecutors: Terre Haute man struck murder victim nine times with a hatchet

Philip Atterson is accused of hitting his girlfriend Sarah Henderson in the head with a hatchet nine times and leaving her in a storage unit, while his defense claims he only deflected her attack and a family friend finished the job.
