Clay County Sheriff’s Office arrests two women with three pounds of meth

Two women, Katelynn Weaver and Tina Francis, were arrested in Brazil, Indiana after a months-long investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine resulted in the recovery of three pounds of the drug.
