Opportunity Knox Campaign adds billboard encouraging workers to call Knox County home

The Opportunity Knox Campaign has installed a billboard outside of Lawrenceville, Ill., to encourage people to move to Knox County, Ind., for job opportunities and to help reduce the long commutes of 3,000 employees who travel into the county for work every day.
