New Vincennes monument honors 186 signers of historic Oath of Allegiance

A monument has been unveiled in Vincennes, Indiana to honor the 186 signers of the Vincennes Oath of Allegiance, a document from the American Revolution that declared the allegiance of French inhabitants of Vincennes to the United States.
