Celebrating National Recovery Month in a colorful way

SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — September is National Recovery Month, and a local community is celebrating with a 5K. Saturday, Ruth House in Sullivan held the “Colorful Comeback 5K”.
