SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Sullivan man is in custody following an arrest by Indiana State Police and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
According to ISP, 24-year-old Nathaniel A. Privette was placed under arrest at his residence on St. Clair Street Thursday.
The arrest is the result of an investigation that began with a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Police said that following a search of his property and speaking with Privette he was incarcerated at the Sullivan County Jail on the charge of possession of child pornography.
Indiana State Police urge anyone with information related to crimes against children to contact the NCMEC website to make a CyberTipline report.
