TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — ButterBurgers are headed to the Wabash Valley this fall.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday at the site of the future Terre Haute Culver’s location.
Culver’s will open in late November on State Road 46 near the Meijer gas station.
The restaurant is expected to create approximately 90 new jobs for the area.
Known for fresh frozen custard and ButterBurgers, Culver’s first opened in 1984 in Wisconsin. Since that time, the company has grown to more than 650 restaurants in 24 states.
