SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Indiana residents were able to fish without a license or stamp Sunday as part of Indiana’s first Free Fishing Day of 2023.
At Shakamak State Park in Sullivan County, we found some people enjoying the weather and free fishing.
In addition to the free fishing, visitors also got free entry into state parks in the state Sunday.
If you missed out on Sunday’s free fishing event, there are three more coming this year.
