VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Vigo County residents seeking information regarding the Sheriff’s Office online will see a new layout when they load up the sheriff’s website.
Sheriff John Plasse recently announced a revamped look to the Vigo County Sheriff’s website.
“The sheriff’s website has been updated to provide for easy access to content which includes 24 links on the front page to help users quickly find information about various subjects such as how to access reports, background checks, process service, gun permits, sheriff sales, and much more,” the announcement reads.
The new design features a brighter layout with a white background and large colorful images, while the previous layout featured a black and bronze color scheme.
Sheriff Plasse also touted a new section of the website that covers numerous “How do I?” questions with information on services VCSO provides.
Sheriff Plasse encourages residents to visit the website before calling or coming to the office as the site provides the ability to conduct a majority of business with his office online. To access the VCSO website click here.
