ROCKVILLE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) —The Ritz Theatre in Rockville, IN is hosting movie night with a twist, Saturday night.
They will be showing two movies under the stars. The double feature includes the 2002 “Lilo and Stitch” movie and the movie “Hook” from 1991.
There will also be food trucks and concessions available. The event will be at the Parke County Fairgrounds and the gates will open at 6 p.m. with movies starting at dusk. This is the first time the theatre has offered an experience like this.
“We’ve never done anything like this this is a first experience for us and myself and the board of directors here are super excited to be able to offer this,” said Ritz Theater General Manger David Crowder.
The movie will be shown on the lawn so make sure to bring blankets or lawn chairs. Admission is free, but the theatre is still accepting donations for their ongoing renovation project.
