TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— The Indiana Department of Transportation has two road work projects scheduled May 27 in Terre Haute.
According to the news releases, a single-lane closure will be happening on State Road 63 between Sanford Road and Bolton Road for a landslide correction. Crews will be closing the southbound lane on or after May 27, and work is anticipated to last until early August but is dependent on weather.

Alternating lane closures will also affect traffic on State Road 46 starting on or after May 27 south of U.S. Highway 40 and Wabash Avenue. This is being done so that crews can work on replacing a small structure on the stretch of road near Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. The work is anticipated to last through the Fall but is also dependent on weather.

INDOT asks drivers to use caution and drive slowly through and around work zones.
