PARIS, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV)— Horizon Health has announced that they will be offering discounted health screenings on May 30.
This will take place from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Paris Clinic location.
Leighsa Cornwell, a registered nurse and certified diabetes care and education specialist, will provide blood pressure, blood sugar, and lipid panel screenings. The cost for all three of the screenings together will cost you only $25. For the blood sugar tests, Horizon Health asks patients to fast for eight hours prior.
