The City of Terre Haute to hold block party as part of Herz-Rose Park’s grand reopening

Herz-Rose Park in Terre Haute will have a grand reopening on May 1st to show off its new amenities, including an Indiana Pacers themed court donated by the Pacers Foundation, as well as a sculpture with hand tracings of community members.
