Six people struck by a vehicle at the Vigo County Fairgrounds

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Six people are injured after being hit by a vehicle at the Vigo County Fairgrounds on Saturday. According to Indiana State Police Sgt.
